Stayed for 2 nights celebrating my birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations! We were welcomed with a lovely card and chocolates in our Junior Suite, which set the mood perfectly. The staff was incredibly attentive, making our stay extra special. Don't miss the nearby Chamber36 for a delightful meal!

Incredible location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious, equipped with mini kitchen amenities and an ice machine, which added convenience for pre-drinks. The warm welcome drink event was a thoughtful touch that made the stay even better. the parking arrangement could use clearer communication to avoid confusion, and the air conditioning was a bit challenging to set up initially.

The Resident Liverpool had an amazing, clean room with a cozy corner for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We loved having a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave, perfect for late-night snacks. Plus, the complimentary drinks in the evening was a nice touch.

A fantastic experience with a lovely large room equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcomed. The location was superb, just a short walk from various lively areas. parking is a bit inconvenient at a distance of five minutes, and there’s no dining on-site, which might be a downside for some travelers.

the resident is a fantastic city hotel! located right in the heart of a vibrant area, it's close to bars and restaurants. the room was cozy with a handy kitchen setup and a comfy bed. i especially appreciated the great service from the staff – they were really welcoming and made my stay special.
